Terms & Conditions

Period
This contract shall expire on 12 months from the date of commencement:

Scope
Under this contract the company would undertake the following:

• On demand corrective maintenance of performance defects in the equipment


• The maintenance support would be inclusive of charges of all spares required except those listed under "Exclusions"


• All parts removed from the equipment during the maintenance shall become the company's property


• Maintenance support would be provided during normal working days of the company

Exclusions
This contract would not cover the following:

• Reinstallation of the machine when the location of the office / house is changed


• Repairs of defects arising due to wrong usage or use in adverse environmental conditions violation of those laid down by the company


• Replacement supply of batteries


• Breakage or other damages caused by evident mishandling of the machine


• Any part damage due to misuse


• Repair of refurbishing of decorative parts such as labels and plastic parts such as cabinet etc

Payment

• Installation situated beyond city limits of a company office would be subject to an out location charge over and above the basic Annual Maintenance Charges


• 100% payment would be receivable in advance prior to commencement of the contract


• Use for part of a year shall be calculated on a prorata basis over months and days for any remaining part of a month

Termination Of Contract
The company reserves the right to terminate this contract forthwith under the following conditions:

• Evidence of Repairs carried over by unauthorised personnel


• Continued operation of the machine under adverse environmental conditions despite repeated requests/advice to the contrary


• Use of ancillary equipment such as stabilizer, interface cables and their similar equipment that has not been approved by the company prior to its use

Force Majeure
This contract shall be binding on both parties shall be honoured by them under circumstances except under conditions that are beyond their control, such as those resulting from war, fire, natural calamity or any other unforeseen circumstances such as those that may result from an act of God.

Terms & Conditions Of The Service Contract

• The charges of the service contract are payable in advance


• The contract shall be for a period of one-year commencing from the date of expiry of the warranty period or the previous contract as the case may be provided payments for the service contract is received before the date of expiry


• In case the payment is received after the expiry date, the contract will be accepted subject to our checking that the equipment is in order. In case, the equipment is not in order, the cost of repairing will be with the user's account


• Above charges includes replacement of all spare parts


• The terms of contract does not cover the replacement of the batteries. Cost of replacement should be borne by the customer.
  
• Topping up of batteries is covered by this contract, unless same is included with the contract form


• The contract is invalid in case of misuse, neglect, accident or damage caused by fire, flood or other acts of nature, tampered with, altered or serviced by any agency not authorised by us


• Any change in address by the owner, must be notified in advance in writing


• The contract shall not be transferable and the company shall not be liable to refund money to the owner in case of termination of the contract
